COVID- 19 

To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we have put a COVID-19 Policy in place to minimise risk from Coronavirus. These are guidelines set out by the Government and the National Hairdressing Federation. All staff will be wearing full PPE for your protection and all areas will be disinfected on a regular basis. 


Please read the information below regarding your next visit.

Please book your appointment via Phone or Social Media 

To help with Social Distancing, please do not come into the salon to book an appointment. We will be not taking walk-in appointments at this time.  

Please make sure you are not early or late 

Due to not being allowed a waiting area in the salon, please can you ensure you are attending your appointment at the correct time. If you turn up early, you will be asked to wait outside. If you are over 10 minutes late, we will be unable to do your service. 

Please use hand sanitiser when entering the salon 

When entering the salon, please use the hand sanitiser on the table next to the door and wait for your Stylist to instruct you what to do next. 

Please bring your 

own drink / magazine

We will not be able to provide you with a drink or magazine at this present time. Please bring your own with you and take any empty packaging with you when you leave. 

Please come alone 

Due to the social distancing rules, we will only be allowed an allocated number of people in the salon. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, including children. This includes the clients of the Sports Massage Team.  

Cleaning and sterilising 

All surfaces, furniture and equipment will be sterilised after every use. Each client will have their own disposable gown. We will be allowing a 15 minute gap between each client, to ensure we can sterilise the salon efficiently. 

Please wear a mask to your appointment 

Please wear a mask or a face covering to your appointment. We will not be able to do your service without one. 

 Our team will greet you without close contact 

We have missed you all very much, but please don't not shake our hand or give us a hug. 

Please do not touch any retail products 

Please do not touch any of the Retail Products. If you would like to purchase a product, please speak to your Stylist. 

Please cancel your appointment if you feel unwell 

If you feel unwell, or a member of your household is unwell, we ask that you cancel your appointment and reschedule. This includes if you have a high temperature, a new continuous cough or if you have a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Please come to your colour appointment with freshly washed hair

To minimise the spread of Coronavirus, we are asking our colour clients to come with freshly washed and dried hair.

We will be adding a £3 PPE charge to your service bill

We will be adding a temporary charge to your service to cover the cost of PPE. This will be removed as soon as we don't need to use PPE anymore. Thank you for your understanding
